Jerry is THAT grandpa who tells kids to get off his lawn but deep down he just doesn’t want to end up alone 🥺
You see, Jerry has lived in 2 different homes & both of his past owners fell ill & landed in hospice care, with no one to care for Jerry.
His most recent owner’s last wish before he passed, was for Jerry to find a loving home ❤️🩹
Lucky for Jerry, his (now) foster mom lived just a few doors down from his most recent owner & took Jerry under her wing. But now we have to help Jerry find his way home💕🏠
Jerry seems to gravitate towards the male humans, reserving his happy-tail-wag greetings for the men in his foster home & leaving dinner serving duties for his foster-mom, throwing her a bone every now and then, by giving her some light kisses out to be polite 😜
You’ll see a glimmer of that young-pup in Jerry when you take out his leash for his leisurely strolls, getting very excited & even vocal!
Jerry considers himself the boss-dog so a home with passive dogs or without other dogs would be best.
Given that Jerry is a cranky grandpa, his best life would only be the best without small children & with adults who will cherish him with belly rubs & snacks. Jerry is the kind of guy who will watch a show with you & fall asleep next to you before it’s over.
